Characteristics
Files and documentation concept
As in many organizations, Netcontent's documents are stored in Files. We can attach one or more documents to each File.
The multiplicity of types of Files will be recognized by a number that identifies them, they can also be referred to by the index fields of those Files. The fields can consist of different characteristics of the File: Code, Name, Address, etc.
Finally, when searching for a File, it is done through one or several of these fields, then having the possibility of opening the File found, to view or edit the desired document.
In Netcontent, each File is associated with a task in the process flow. To represent the flow of Files through a process, they must pass from one state to another.
The transition from one state to another can be initiated manually with commands entered by users or also by the occurrence of a certain condition. Also, Netcontent can start processes on the server while switching between states.
