Introduction
Netcontent is the leading platform in digital document management, content intelligence, and workflow automation, connecting people, documents, and applications in a collaborative, efficient, secure, and reliable manner.
The platform allows for the extraction of data from physical or electronic documents, automatically indexing them and securely storing the documentation for easy access, future search, and consultation. Additionally, it features technology that enables the design of fully automated workflow processes. Once executed, collaborators can handle, review, share, electronically sign, and control the document flow in a 100% virtual environment.
Netcontent facilitates the capture of small to large volumes of data in structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents, tailored to the specific needs of the organization, providing ready-to-use information and images for later consultation.
It offers data integration with leading ERP, BPM, and CRM technologies, enabling real-time decision-making based on up-to-date information.
Adapting to user needs, the platform utilizes the concept of "Responsive Web Design," allowing it to adjust to various devices used by users, including tablets, smartphones, PCs, etc., while always using the same URL. Its design eliminates the need for redirections.
Netcontent offers a wide range of options and features that provide optimal communication, documentation availability, and access to information from any device, anywhere.
Characteristics
Concept of Files and Documentation
As in many organizations, documents in Netcontent are stored in Files. One or more documents can be attached to each Case.
The variety of file types is recognized by a unique identifying number, and they can also be referenced by their indexing fields. These fields may consist of different characteristics of the File: Code, Name, Address, etc.
When searching for a File, the search can be performed using one or several of these fields. Once found, the File can be opened to view or edit the desired document.
In Netcontent, each File is associated with a task in the process flow. To represent the flow of File through a process, they must transition from one state to another.
The transition from one state to another can be initiated manually by user commands or triggered by certain conditions. Additionally, Netcontent can initiate server processes while transitioning between states.
