Recommendations: UX Project Delivery Checklist
This checklist ensures a smooth UX project delivery with a focus on usability, accessibility, and client satisfaction
1.Configure Thumbnail Logos
Replace the default Netcontent logos.
2.Configure the password recovery screen.
Use the same background as the login screen to maintain design.
3.Set up the signature area
With options relevant to the project. Remove any options that do not apply to simplify the process for users.
4.Customization of the Screen After Completing a Form
Attach logos and messages as requested by the client, such as messages, survey links, promotions, etc. Use the same background as the login screen to maintain design.

5.Login Screen Configuration
Configure the login screen with the background image provided by the client. Check with the client if they require the SSO options or Captcha to be displayed. Displaying all options can potentially confuse the user.
6.Design and Widget Presentation Configuration
If a carousel is required, request images and information from the client.

In the Widgets section, they can be configured as follows. Then, activate and make them visible on the dashboard.
9.Review User View
Check the data that does not need to appear to improve visualization and user experience, such as: record ID, creation date, created by, modified by, etc.
10. Configuration of Quick Searches for Users
Set up quick searches so users can be directed straight to the records page.
11. Generate a Default View of All Records of the Same Type
Unless the client requires a specific filter, create a default view that displays all records of the same type.
12.Configuration for Searches
Only show records that are active in the "Record Types" section.
13.Configure Alert Flash Visibility from Roles
It is possible to configure whether the alert flash appears based on user roles.
14.Configure Audit Fields Visibility in the Record Grid
The visibility of audit fields in the records grid can be configured to hide them if needed.
15. Tooltips Configuration: Improve User Experience
Set up tooltips to enhance the user experience.
16.Review Record View for Users
Review whether the "Verify" button needs to be hidden, especially for users who only need to validate tasks. The "Pending" bar will not be displayed if the user has no tasks to perform
