1. Software License Delivery

Netcontent delivers software subscription licenses electronically to ensure fast and secure access. Upon completing the purchase, a unique subscription license is generated for the customer. This license, along with detailed installation and activation instructions, is sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours. Our objective is to enable our customers to begin using the software as quickly as possible.

2. Professional implementation services

We understand that deploying new software can be a complex task. That’s why we offer professional implementation services to support our clients through the installation and configuration process. Within five (5) business days of purchase, a representative from Netcontent LLC will contact the client to schedule an implementation session. During this session, our team will assist with software setup, configuration according to the client’s requirements, and provide basic user training.

3. Support and maintenance

All license subscriptions include ongoing support and maintenance. This covers regular software updates to ensure access to the latest features, as well as technical assistance during business hours. Our support team is committed to helping clients use the platform efficiently and without disruption.

4. Refund policy

At Netcontent LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed via Stripe, our secure online payment platform, and are issued to the original payment method used.

5. Security

We place the highest priority on the security of our customers’ data. All transactions are processed through Stripe, which complies with the latest data protection regulations and uses advanced encryption protocols to safeguard payment information. By partnering with Stripe, we add an extra layer of trust and security to every transaction.
