This field provides the same functionality as FULL_TEXT in Netcapture but applies to the AI module. It stores all the information returned by the AI when used within a Capture Process.

• It is defined within the Case Type
• Mark it as an Index Field if quick searches on its content are required.
• Enable it in the Profile.

File Separator

This property performs a split (using Netcontent’s internal OCR) of uploaded PDFs based on the text specified in the “File Separator” field within the Capture Process Start task. Once the split is performed, the resulting files are processed with the AI Module defined in the process for data extraction.
