A new event has been added to the Case Type configuration, enabling dynamic information to be displayed based on user selection. Now, whenever a user selects a case in the grid, an SQL statement linked to that specific case type is automatically triggered. This SQL query must return HTML, which is then displayed at the bottom of the grid.

This enhancement allows organizations to show aggregated data, indicators, or dynamic panels related to each case, improving visibility and supporting more efficient operational analysis.
