File Delivery Signature
Netcontent offers the option to allow the user to sign a file without a certificate (token) during the signing process.
The characteristic of this type of signature is that it does not require requesting an email. Additionally, the signature can be added and positioned alongside the signatory’s clarification.
To use the delivery signature, you must go to the file on which the user will use this feature and click on the "Sign" button.
The different signature options will appear on the screen, including the option for Signature without Certificate (Delivery Signature).
When selecting the option to sign without a certificate, the system will immediately prompt the signer's signature. The signer can provide the signature using a mouse (on a PC) or a finger (on mobile devices). Additionally, they can provide a clarification for their signature and choose a font style for it.
You will have the option to select all the documents to be signed in the file and the "Accept" button to proceed with applying the signature.
Finally, the system will prompt us to position the signature on the documents, so that it is placed in the appropriate area or the one we choose.
Once finished, click on and finally on
